I’ve firmly made a decision… it’s about time too. I’ve been ever leaning towards Obama in ‘08, especially when McCain picked Palin, but now, I’m certain.
This next video did not change the way I thought about him… it really didn’t change much at all. But I know that this man gets “me”. He gets what needs to happen with the economy. He especially gets what needs to happen in EDUCATION. And, the rest of his stuff is pretty good too. At least better than McCain’s stuff.
Anyway, give this video a view… maybe it won’t change what you’re thinking about Obama or McCain… but then again, maybe it will.
Meh. Neither candidate totally gets it. Obama has a nice speech in that video, some good sentiment, but overall he’s still misled on how to really solve the financial problem. We’re screwed with mainstream candidates and what they want to do. They’re all talk.
This isn’t a Republican/Democrat issue either. It’s an American problem. It isn’t about your socioeconomic class. It’s about responsible spending and money printing. I have little hope that either candidate will go very far with their ideas.

I definitely agree that neither one totally gets it. And I think the problem also lies with the American people. Companies and individuals alike need to spend their money responsibly, and we absolutely do not need to rely on the government to “buy-out” the economy. It’s ridiculous.
